（1）Pursuant to the Patent Law of P.R.C, Chinese patent applicant, who applies abroad patent, shall submit patent application to China national Intellectual Property Bureau first and then applies abroad patent.
（2）The applicant shall enjoy the priority of original patent application in China within the priority period. If the original patent application in China has surpassed the priority period and not published yet, the abroad application could be submitted via PCT before publishing date but without priority.
（3）The applicant can apply china and abroad patent via PCT at the same time. In accordance with Provisions Concerning Implementing of the Patent Cooperation Treaty in China issued by China Patent Bureau, if it is the first time to file the international application, the designated or selected countries must include China.
（4）The applicant intending to appoint our agency to apply for abroad patent via PCT shall better handle commitment two months before the expiration date avoiding that expenses could be increased due to tight schedule.
